Seth and team were incredibly patient, available, and always willing to go the extra mile. No question was left unanswered and no matter how many times we asked a similar question there was always a feeling of patience throughout (we felt that we could ask anything). Both folks were very direct and upfront about their answers, we never felt like there was anything hiding and never experienced any pressure from them. Calls on the weekends, at night, any time of day were a normal part of business and we felt great knowing we could easily contact them if something came up and we had a question.
Our loan was ultimately sold (we knew this upfront), but Seth made a note to say that their intention is to be a partner with us for the life of our loan and beyond, meaning if we encounter any issues we can easily contact them and they will help get them addressed. It is great knowing we have an actual person to turn too in the event that we need anything.
We did shop around for rates a bit and their rate even beat out a local credit union (which Seth at our first meeting said they might not be able to beat.) Seth asked if where were shopping around, and when we answered yes there was no change to the service he provided going forward which speaks to the quality and their values of educating homebuyers.
We would highly recommend them and will personally be using them again in the future!

Erin is Beyond awesome! I emailed her for help with a possible refi. At this point I would've been happy just getting our mortgage insurance off. Due to taxes and insurance rising and a constantly short escrow, our monthly mortgage kept significantly rising each year. It was out of control. Erin wrote me back within minutes, late in the night, that she would have a quote for me the next day. Early the next day I received an extensive email with a well planned out and detailed quote. The quote looked WAY too good to be true, but Erin and I chatted and got everything set in motion. She discovered an illegal 30 day late mortgage payment on our credit due to an escrow shortage the year prior and the monthly payment being applied wrong. I told her I had unsuccessfully tried to dispute it and she set up a 3-way call with the mortgage company for the following Tuesday morning. She got it removed from our credit report within a 5 minute phone call, sending our credit scores skyrocketing. Before I knew it we were in underwriting and then approved with a significantly lower monthly payment, much lower interest rate, and no mortgage insurance. She had a fantastic notary sent to our house and we closed in 30 minutes. This whole process from start to finish was 2 weeks and we are saving $600 a MONTH. Oh, and she did such a great home appraisal estimate that we didn't have to pay for an appraisal, saving us another $750! I am blown away by the savings, the quickness, the amazing experience and knowledge Erin has, and her fantastic and speedy communication. We will definitely be using Erin for our next home purchase in a few years! Thank you, Erin!

When my wife and I started the process of getting pre-approved for a loan, we had only lived in Colorado for about 10 months and this was our first time ever applying for a loan. This situation complicates the approval process because most of our recurring bills (the necessary paper trail that proves you do actually pay your bills on time) were for less than a year - the magic time amount needed for those bills to be valid evidence of fidelity. Seth and his team were incredibly patient with us as we tracked down former landlords and scrounged bill statements that worked for our approval. To complicate matters, our son was born during the middle of the process, and there were stretches of days when we were very difficult to contact. Through all of this, Seth and his team were exceptional and diligent to making sure we closed on time.
Additionally, Seth offered sound advice without ever pushing it on us and helped us receive the best loan rate available. I cannot recommend the entire team enough.

I will start by saying that Seth is not only our loan officer but also my oldest son.
